Hello everyone I'm Tiffany Stensvad, and I’m thrilled to continue my journey in healthcare here in Montana, the place I’ve always called home. With over 15 years of experience in diverse fields like ER, Wound Care, medical/surgical nursing, and Labor and Delivery, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for patients to have a voice in their care. For the past 8 years, I’ve been proud to serve as a Certified Nurse Midwife in the Billings community, and now, I’m excited to extend my care as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
My philosophy is simple: you know your body best. My role is to listen, offer support, and provide the information you need to make the best choices for your health. I believe in a collaborative approach that puts your needs and preferences at the center of every decision.
When I’m not working with patients, I’m a mom to four wonderful kids. Brittany, 23, is married to Bryson (who I claim as my own, too!), and they’ve given me the joy of two adorable grandsons, Liam and Hudd. Wiley, 21, is serving in the Army in Colorado, along with his wife Koye, who has been like family since she was little. Sage, 20, is following her passion at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, working towards a Culinary Business degree. And then there’s Tucker, my almost-13-year-old, who’s loving being the “only child again” and soaking up all the extra attention from everyone.
I’ve been married to my best friend and biggest supporter for 13 years, after knowing each other for nearly three decades. We love life in Montana, but always cherish the times we can sneak away to visit our kids. Family is everything to me, and I bring that same sense of care and commitment into my practice.

Hi! My name is Alicia and I am excited to be here at Family Beginnings. My husband and little one and I moved to Montana about 2 years ago and we just love it here!
As a practitioner I most enjoy listening to women. I feel that I can learn a lot from my clients about their own bodies and what will work best for them. My role is to provide unbiased information to help my clients make an informed decision.
I feel that our bodies can accomplish a lot, with support! And that support looks different for everyone.
I offer Well Woman annual exams, birth control counseling and prescriptions, IUD/Nexplanon placement, gynecologic care, some primary care, weight loss management, prenatal/birth/postpartum care, hormone replacement therapy, menopause support, some PMDD/mental health support.
